Choux de Bruxelles is a company based in Etterbeek, at the heart of the Arsenal district. We are active in the Horeca sector: catering services, venues for private and corporate events, restaurants, food trucks, and more.

Who are we looking for?

A ‘sales profile focused on event prospecting’, dynamic and passionate, to strengthen our current team.

What will your responsibilities be?

Prospecting: 70% of the role

• Identify and target companies or potential clients for events
• Develop and maintain a database of prospects
• Establish first contact with prospects via phone, email, or during events
• Conduct on-site visits to build trust and understand client expectations. Your clients may include public and international institutions, businesses, and private individuals
• Develop tailored commercial proposals to meet client needs and close deals using our various solutions
• Participate in trade shows and professional events to promote our services

Follow-up and client retention: 30% of the role

• For some of your events, you will support clients from the initial offer to the post-event debrief
• Maintain regular communication with our production, operational, and logistics teams to ensure the success of the event on the day
• Ensure quality follow-up with your clients to guarantee satisfaction
• Develop long-term relationships to encourage loyalty and recommendations
• Efficiently manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

What profile are we looking for?

• You are perfectly bilingual in Dutch and French. English is a plus.

• You are passionate about the events industry and the food sector

• You are flexible with working hours (events in the evening and on weekends)

• You have proven experience in the event sector

• You are dynamic, enthusiastic, and enjoy challenges

• You enjoy human interaction and know how to inspire excitement for events

• You are organized while remaining flexible with clients

• You have a professional appearance

• You hold a valid category B driver’s license

• You are proficient in office applications (knowledge of Odoo is a plus)
