Who are we looking for?
A Chef de partie profile to complement our kitchen team for catering services.What will be your mission?
- You prepare dishes in collaboration with the head chef.
- You ensure the proper alignment of ingredients for various preparations.
- You coordinate and supervise the work of kitchen assistants.
- You prepare, plate, and send out dishes from your section.
- You meticulously prepare events, taking into account specific client requests, allergies, intolerances, etc.
- You assist the head chefs during events.
- You show creativity by participating in the development of new dishes.
- You maintain the kitchen daily (clearing and cleaning the workspace, cooking equipment, working utensils, …).
- You control and manage remaining food (quality and freshness of products).
- You are responsible for adhering to hygiene and health standards.
- You are responsible for food stock according to FASFC rules.

- You have the desire to showcase your culinary skills and personal touch.
- You handle stress well during significant events.
- You are attentive to details, involved, and reactive with a genuine team spirit.
- You easily adapt to any situation, and the unexpected does not intimidate you.
- You want to evolve individually and enjoy working in a team.
- You have a driver’s license B.
- A little experience of 2 years in the role or in gastronomic catering is a plus.
- Knowledge of Dutch is also a plus.
